Dial — Privacy Policy

Dial is a voice companion that remembers you and can act on accounts you connect. This explains what we collect, why, and your control over it.

What we collect

• Account — your email and a provider ID from Sign in with Apple or Google, to identify your account.
• Your voice & conversations — audio you speak during calls is processed to understand and reply.
• Memory — facts and recaps Dial keeps from your conversations so it can be useful across calls.
• Connected accounts — if you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, Dial acts on them on your behalf.

Service providers

To run the voice pipeline and actions, your data passes through: LiveKit (real-time audio transport), Deepgram (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), Google Gemini (the conversational model and embeddings), Composio (secure OAuth + actions on connected accounts; it holds those tokens, not us), and Firecrawl (web search). Each processes data only to provide its function.

How we use it

Solely to operate Dial — to talk with you, remember what matters, and perform actions you ask for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

Your control

• Delete individual memories anytime in the Memory screen.
• Disconnect any account anytime in the Connections screen.
• Delete your entire account and all associated data from Settings → Delete Account.

Retention

Account data and memory are kept until you delete them or your account. Deleting your account erases your memory and removes your connected-account links.
